What are your hours?
Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday and evening appointments are available by request. To schedule a session, call (301) 250-9965 for Germantown or (301) 900-5722 for Silver Spring, or use our contact form.

Getting started is simple. New clients and referring providers can complete our online referral form for the OMHC or PRP program, or contact our office directly. Once we receive your information, our intake team reaches out to schedule an appointment and answer any questions.
